01 About

I build software, from testing to production.

I learned the trade where software can't stop: checkouts and POS systems in large-scale retail, industrial automation in C++, Delphi management systems old and new. Since 2024 I've been working freelance, on my own, on client projects and on my own products.

One method runs through everything I do: few dependencies, chosen one at a time; a hand-written front-end whenever HTML, CSS and JavaScript are enough; and a generic engine at the core, so that a new case is a configuration rather than a rewrite. That's why what I deliver can be grown instead of rebuilt.

The path: industrial automation at Elco Elettronica (2006–2012) and at Bartoli, on machines for the ceramics industry (2013–2019); checkouts and POS systems in large-scale retail at Ditech (2019–2022) and at Uakari Software (2022–2023); ERP and leading the development team at Teknomaint (2023–2024). Freelance since 2024.

Today I work with: Visiospot, on site in Carpi, and Nettamente, remotely, in Modena.

Middleware Retail chains, resellers, POS software houses

Vynetic

The bridge between online sales and the store's fiscal cash register. It collects orders from sales platforms and payment systems, delivers them in real time to the right store and reports back the printing outcome.

Straight to the register. A small agent installed on site receives events in real time, or polls for them at intervals when the network doesn't allow an open connection. The POS software only talks to the agent, locally.
One system for every store. Resellers, stores and access keys are managed from a single dashboard, with each client's data kept separate from everyone else's.
No document printed twice. Every event has its own identity and outcome: returns and voids come back recorded, and a retry never produces a second receipt.
